Position List:

1. Graduate /Postgraduate Trainee (Mechanical，Automotive Products Group)

Position Summary:

The position will innovatestate-of-the-art technologies on electric motors to support new business andcurrent productions for automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

• Offer design solutions and proposals tosupport potential market development worldwide
• Follow up project development activities,such as 3D models, 2D drawings, ESI (Emergency Stop Indicator), sample makingand checking, motor tests & reports, and presentations
• Analyze existing motor designs to identifypossible design issues and optimize design
• Work with suppliers to address components andmaterials issues
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree above, major in MechanicalDesign, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing or related disciplines
• Experienced in design software (such asSolidworks)
• Knowledge on mechanical design and materialssuch as plastics and metal
• Knowledge of Noise & Vibrationmodification and optimization is a plus
• Good problem solving skill and execution withlimited time and resources
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Willingness and capability to make extraefforts and handle stress

2. Graduate /Postgraduate Trainee (Electronics, Automotive Products Group)

Position Summary:

Main responsibility is ElectronicsDesign; develop driver and control unit of automotive motors.

Responsibilities:

• Design motor circuit and PCBA layout design
• Design new or better controller and drivecircuit Motor & Pump related products with customer specifications
• Design software; be responsible forrealization of required functions based on customer specifications
• Design validation and debug, includingsoftware test, electrical test, EMC (Electro Magnetic Compatibility) test
  
  

Requirements:

• Master degree, major in Electrical Machinery& Appliances, Power Electronics & Power Drives or Mechatronics
• Knowledge on multi-layer PCBA layout andskills in application software environment of Altium Designer
• Design abilities in signal & powercombination circuitry
• Knowledge of systematic control formotor-based modules requiring mathematic skills
• Familiar with application of PLC orProgrammable Automation Control
• Proficient in using test instrumentsincluding signal generator, power supply & analyzer, dynamometer, and othergeneral instruments
• Knowledge of Noise & Vibrationmodification and optimization would be a plus
• Good execution with limited time andresources
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Willingness and capability to take extraefforts and handle stress
• Faster learner
• Good command of written and spoken Englishand Mandarin Chinese
