工作忙，压力大，很多人都眼看着年假过期也不能休。可对于有些人来说，在百忙中哪怕能抽出一天的时间，他们也要出去好好放松一下。于是，“纳米假日”就应运而生了。

　　Nanobreak is typically a very short, i.e. overnight holiday, preferably somewhere quite exotic, which is becoming increasingly popular amongst people in the UK who want or need a holiday despite the credit crunch and despite having very little free time。

　　Nanobreak(纳米假日)指在居住地以外、颇具情调或迷人风景的地方度过的一个短暂假日，这种假日很短，通常都只在目的地逗留一晚。在那些饱受信贷危机困扰，也少有闲暇时间，但仍然渴望假期的英国人当中，纳米假日越来越受欢迎。

　　For example:

　　There has been a 29% increase in the number of UK holidaymakers searching for nanobreaks over the past year。
